The CSP provides budget support and a forum for policy dialogue between Government and donors. Every year development priorities are laid out in a results matrix and implemented through the budget by the Government. Policy actions supported by CSP include state-of the art petroleum legislation, implementing a pro-poor budget, a national Ombudsman, developing the private sector and infrastructure.
