The World Bank is working with the European Union and other development partners to support Albania’s ambition to join the EU. World Bank advice and lending support reforms to help the country advance its European integration agenda. For example, the World Bank is financing programs in public administration, legal and judicial
reform, regional integration for transport and energy, education, health, social services and pension reform.
